Happy Spring Morning

This week I have been playing with beads and trying out new ideas, some I have seen elsewhere and some I have been doodling with for a while.  It would be great to know what you think is successful!

Good Morning

Over the last few days I have been topping up my Craft Fair goodies with the coming summer in mind.

I have made some new Animal notebooks as I love these for my handbag and also for children gifts – it is so much easier to get them to write if they have a fun book to do it in! Also, I made some quick notelets in anticipation of catching up with friends.

Fun Jewellery

Hi Everyone

This week is all about jewellery, which has taken me a few weeks to complete, and I love the variety of it. I have had fun trying different designs - some from pieces I have seen made by other folks and some I have been playing with for a while.

To anyone I met at the Craft Fair on Saturday, thanks for coming and I hope to see you again soon.

I would very much like to hear what you think and, of course, I do tackle commissions if you have something you have seen but would like to add your own vision to it.

Morning Everyone

This last week I have been making cards and also a pre-ordered memory book which I think turned out very well. The cards have been left without a sentiment or message inside, so that you can add your own wording for that special occasion which could be Mother’s Day, Easter or a birthday.

I am also getting ready for my children’s workshop: ‘Make an Easter Basket’, which will be held at the Crafters’ Gift Shop in the Strand Centre, Douglas – poster attached.

Don’t forget the craft fair on 14^th March (this Saturday) at the St Ninians Lower School (Bemahague), 10:30 – 3:30. It will be a fun day for all the family; I hope to see you there.

The Joy of Easter

Good morning Everyone

I hope you are all keeping warm, if not: then keep moving!

I have been busy trying to get a head start on Easter: the large rabbits hold a large egg, while the rabbit boxes hold a chicken size egg and the basket will, of course, hold a good mix of whatever takes your fancy.

I have also made some children’s Easter masks - a chicken and a rabbit - which I think are fun and will be available to make on 14^th March at the St Ninians Lower School (Bemahague), 10:30 – 3:30. It will be a fun day for all the family; I hope to see you there.
