TT Skull Jewellery

Hi and Good Morning

For the next two weeks on the Isle of Man we have the TT bike racing, which means lots of extra people and hopefully more people to look at my stuff. So, with this in mind, I have been making jewellery specifically aimed at this group. I do like some of the pieces enough to wear them myself, so if they don’t sell I won’t be heartbroken.

Here’s hoping for good weather for us all to enjoy, but still let me know what you think of my creations.

Flower Tea Lights

Morning Everyone

This week was such fun because I have been making lovely flower tea lights.  They are both delicate and robust.  I have made them from vellum and card so, as you can see (in the photos below), that when they are alight they have a beautiful delicate nature to them.

Why not let me know what you think of my creations and what you have been making.

Spring Flower Rings

Hi Everyone

What a beautiful sunny week we have had, it has made me think of flowers - both spring and summer. So I have been practising my wire weaving, which needs all the practice I can give it!

I have made two rings, each with a different shank and topped with a pretty flower. I am very happy with the results so why don’t you let me know what you think of my creations - have a great week.

Cards to make you smile

Morning Everyone

Gosh, would you believe it? I have yet more birthdays coming up so I found myself making time to create some cards for my nearest and dearest.  I think it takes me longer to think of what they would like than it does to actually create the cards.  But, then again, it also takes me some time to sift through my paper stash to come up with colour schemes!

If you were at the Craft Fair in Port Erin on Saturday then I hope you have a great time and that you found something that you liked.

Why don’t you let me know what you have been making and, as always, what you think of my creations - have a great week.

Wire Cuffs

Happy May Day Holiday

For some time I have wanted to improve my wire weaving, so this week that is what I set out to do. With a certain amount of restarts, I have completed two cuffs of the same weave but the looks are quite different, I hope you like them. The first is with twisted wire at the centre in navy and turquoise, and the second is in copper with Lapis Lazuli beads in the centre.

Tell me what you have been making and, as always, what you think of my creations -  have a great week.
