First Stage of Christmas

Hi everyone

I know it seems a long way off but this week I have made my first Christmas Cards.  They are clean and simple but also quite pretty, at least I think so.  I have decided to make something for Christmas once a month so that I don’t get to November and have to make it all in one go. For me that’s a sure fire way of spoiling the build up to Christmas!

Chips & Nuggets

Good morning everyone

This week I have been looking at my chips and nugget strands, and have decided to make some memory bracelets, which I haven’t done for a long time. It was more fun then I remembered and I was able to do these bracelets in my lunch hours without too much trouble! The bracelets are Orange & Green Aventurine, Citrine, Charoite and Grey Tigers Eye.

I have also made a choker necklace from White Agate and Green Aventurine, which I think looks great and could be a unisex piece.

Hi and good morning

It has been another busy week, the culmination of three weekends of craft shows. This weekend saw me at the Royal Agricultural Show and what a mixture it was. On Friday we had rain all morning and showers throughout the afternoon, and on Saturday it was mostly a very sunny day.

In preparation for this show I made a variety of nine cacti & succulents which I am very pleased with. They have much more dimension than I hoped and are just so cute that I will be happy to have them around my home. I hope you like them as much as I do.

Good Morning Everyone

This week I have made a variety of pieces just because I wanted to play.  First are two elastic bracelets: one made with interesting shells and the other with amethyst. I had one piece of shell left so I also made an invisible necklace with hemiate, so pretty.

Last of all I made a ring using rose quartz carved into a flower, this took me a couple of tries but I like the result.

I will be at the Royal Agricultural Show on Friday & Saturday this coming weekend so I hope to see you there.
