Notes & Boxes

Hi Everyone

This week I have been playing with some paper, so I kept it simple and covered three cube boxes which I think look fab.

I have also made some new notelets in three designs and, with people apparently keeping in touch more by post these days, I hope that you will like them too.

So, let me know what you think and what you are making in your crafty world.

Black & Orange

Good morning

Over the last six months or so I have really enjoyed working with climbing cord, so this week I have made my third necklace.  It uses orange and black cord with black and yellow Fire Agate, finished off with a clasp made from black aluminium wire.  I have made ear rings to match from the same gem stones.

This necklace, despite its large look, it is extremely light and easy to wear.  It was a joy to make and I hope you like it too.  So let me know what you think and what you are making in your crafty world.

Quick Makes

Hi everyone

I heard this week that we are starting our local craft fairs again in August so, with this in mind, I spent the week making some quick cute stuff.

The first is a very pretty glass slab pendent which I popped onto leather, oh so easy but looks great.

Second is a necklace and double bracelet made with plaited green leather - just cut to size and added some clasps.

The third idea was to thread some really beautiful heshi jasper onto waxed cord but left open so it can be tied to size.

They are all just so easy to wear!

I hope your life is getting back to a little normal, so let me know what you think and what you are making in your crafty world

Super Sparkle

Good morning

This last week I have been testing my eye site by threading 2mm facetted gemstone beads.  I have made stretchy bracelets because when they are stacked up they just look so sparkly and colourful, but without getting in the way if you are working.

Once I had finished the bracelets, with what was left over I made a suite of ombre jewellery: a bracelet, ring and ear rings.

I think all of these look great and are easy to wear, so let me know what you think and what you are making in your crafty world
