Spring Ear Rings

Morning everyone

I don’t know about you but the weather here has been pretty great so, because I feel very spring like, I have been making some flower ear rings.  The basic flower is the same in different colours but they look so different when added with other items.

I think they are fun and pretty and a joy to wear so I hope you like them too.  Enjoy the sunshine and whatever you are making.

slider Bracelets

Happy Easter

As this was a short week, with Easter to celebrate at the end of it, I have made some slider bracelets.  I love this style of bracelet because they are easy to wear and comfortable, not to mention they’re also easy to put on and take off on your own.

I have made these in a few styles; some are nylon with two styles – shell pearls with a centre of hematite or crackle quartz with slithers of matt haematite.  Then there are some on metal sliders with agate and druzy.

It would be great to hear what you made for Easter, or just for fun.

Silver Heart

Good morning

While looking through some of my stuff I came across this great scarf ring which I thought would look excellent with some hot pink silk/ banana yarn.  The yarn is so soft and light that it feels wonderful on the neckline.

I teamed it up with some pink died terra jasper and the end results are fun and summery.  I also made some terra jasper ear rings to complete the look.

Easter Canisters

Hi everyone

With Easter only a couple of weeks away, I have turned my thoughts to fun gifts for this year and I came across some fun rabbit canister patterns on the Silhouette site that were super cutie.

So, having found some old coffee tins in my stash I set about finding coloured card to make my projects.  This project was fairly simple and easy to make - just some adjustments required to the sizing of the pattern to match the tins’ proportions.

I then filled the canisters with jelly sweets and small chocolate rabbits and, after the goodies have been eaten, I think they will make great pencil tins.

Have fun thinking up great gifts for Easter.
